1:1 Online Nutrition Coaching Package
A personalised nutrition coaching program designed to help you fuel smarter, perform better and to embrace a healthy relationship with food. Choose between a 6 or 12 week coaching period, with the flexibility to continue as needed.
Your plan includes an in-depth initial assessment, tailored nutrition guide, fortnightly follow-ups, weekly check in forms for accountability, access to daily contact via WhatsApp and access to tailored resources.
Initial Nutrition Assessment
A deep dive into your nutrition and training to build a foundation for performance. This comprehensive 45-60 minute session covers your diet history, medical history, relationship with food, physical symptoms of concern, training demands, challenges and goals.
After the session, you will receive personalised nutrition education, relevant resources, a tailored flexible meal guide (if required), and practical strategies to support your goals.
Following this assessment, a nutrition review will be scheduled within a time-frame appropriate for you and your goals.
1:1 Online Fitness Coaching Package
A personalised coaching experience to help you build strength, improve performance, and train with confidence.
Your 12-week training program includes a tailored training plan, weekly check-ins, fortnightly catch up calls, and ongoing daily WhatsApp support for questions, guidance, motivation and feedback.
We will work together and ensure that you have options to pause or adjust this program as needed - so that you can stay on track, no matter what life throws in your way.
Follow Up Nutrition Assessment
A dedicated 30 minute check-in to assess your progress, refine your nutrition plan, and ensure you're on track to achieving your goals.
In this session, we'll review any changes or challenges in training or nutrition, and make adjustments to suit your needs. You will receive further relevant education, resources, and tailored recommendations to keep you progressing with confidence towards your goals.
1:1 Combined Online Nutrition and Fitness Coaching Package
A combined coaching experience for those who want expert support in both nutrition and training.
This program combines personalised nutrition guidance with a tailored training plan to help you fuel smarter, train effectively, and reach your goals with confidence.
You will receive everything included in both of the individual nutrition and training packages - structured coaching, fortnightly check-ins, weekly check in forms, daily WhatsApp support.
