Lauren Vodanovich is a Registered Dietitian (NZRD, MMHSc, BAppSc) and Personal Trainer with a passion for helping athletes of all levels unlock their potential through nutrition and effective training. As a dedicated endurance and racket sport athlete, Lauren understands the unique challenges faced by competitive athletes, igniting her lifelong commitment to sports dietetics.

With a comprehensive and holistic approach, Lauren combines her extensive clinical knowledge and personal experience to support athletes in reaching their highest potential. Her background includes working as an adult community dietitian and completing the Sport Nutrition Course with Sports Dietitians Australia. This diverse expertise allows her to offer empathetic, evidence-based, and tailored strategies to meet your individual needs.

Lauren has a strong interest in endurance sports, racket sports, and body composition goals. She is also dedicated to helping athletes navigate challenges such as Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDS). As a former competitive squash player, Lauren learned through experience that when it comes to training, less is often more, if it’s done right. True progress comes from training effectively, prioritising recovery, and minimising injury risk, to enable you to continuously show up and perform at your best. Lauren’s goal is to help people create a lifelong, balanced approach to exercise - one that is sustainable, empowering, and built to last.
